Adjacent to the bustling Brentwood neighborhood, this new development dedicates a one-acre park creating a meadow-like greenspace off Wilshire Boulevard. Designed for luxury living, this 34-story, 349 foot tower offers sophistication to the area. Developed for Douglas Emmett while Darlene was with Gensler, she created the furniture plans, interior elevations, and material palette for this key location. Planning was created to engage the neighboring community. A café was situated on the building’s ground level. Its proximity to the park and residential lobby, gave reason to gather and socialize. Amenity spaces from the pool deck and library to the yoga and fitness center were strategically arranged to enhance the tenant experience.

The modern tower offers floor-to-ceiling windows in every unit, capturing stunning views of Los Angeles. A timeless design was established by using a minimal palette. Italian style cabinetry gives a contemporary feel. White lacquer upper cabinets appear to float and reflect the interior space. The warm wood tone finish grounds the lower cabinets.

Private balconies connect the living areas expanding the unit’s interiors. The team studied the balcony dimensions to ensure a perfect size was achieved for comfortable outdoor furnishings. Creating a marketable feature to appreciate the ocean and mountain views. This impressive property provides a level of style unlike any other offering in the area.
